Happy New Year’s Eve! I recently showed my dad Bopomofo Cafe’s menu, because I’ve been following them for a while (I’m a huge Wong Fu fan!), and they somewhat recently opened an Orange County location. Since my dad was willing to drive to Rowland Heights, I figured Artesia was also on the table. Turns out, according to their Instagram Bopomofo is closed from the 1st to the 8th, so today before 4pm would be the last chance to go on the holiday trip…
Their menu has a lot of interesting sounding drinks, but out of all of them, today the jasmine felt the most appealing. Basic yes, but and oldie, but a goodie. I also wanted to try their fried chicken sandwich and their popcorn chicken…
Their jasmine is amazing! It reminds of the top quality jasmine milk teas, with super floral green tea flavor. Really can’t go wrong with a good jasmine milk tea. The boba is also the perfect texture, soft and chewy, and just a bit sweet. I just wish it were cold (some places will shake it with ice but strain it to give no ice), but that’s on me for ordering no ice.
By the way, the food I tried today was also amazing!
