Yesterday my friends came to Hokkaido! I spent the day showing them around Sapporo, and for dessert of the day, I took them to KLIM, a popular evening parfait spot for some ice cream. This was yesterday’s treat, so a bit of a late post!
What’s this going in the boba blog? Well, KLIM offers boba as a topping for any of their ice creams. Normally, I don’t feel the need to add anything for the parfaits, but I’ve been meaning to try out their boba sometime! For my ice cream, I saw their limited time flavor was this strawberry one! It had a strawberry cream on top, strawberry sauce, chocolate crunchies, cake pieces, and shiratama. Topped with boba!
It was very yummy! I liked the strawberry cream on top, and there was a ton of strawberry flavor throughout. I liked all of the various textures, and the boba was nicely chewy! Not oo much flavor, but honestly, in a sweet parfait, it doesn’t need it.
