Today’s my last day at home in America before heading back to Japan. I was craving Arby’s curly fries because they’re a unique American favorite of mine, and Jan Jam is in the same plaza! It’s quickly becoming a new family favorite, and we all look forward to getting their drinks.
Today I went with their oolong. I think my mom got this the first time we tried Jam Jam, and she liked it. According to the description, they use a phoenix oolong. New Orobae (rip) competitor?
The drink was really good! It was a nice light and aromatic oolong tea, and went well with the house milk (a forever mystery) to create a milk tea. Today’s boba was a lot more on the softer mushy side, but not to the point of disintegrating. It had a rich sweet brown sugar flavor as usual.
Oh the cup changed back to the colorful logo and order sticker bracket design.
