I’ve finally returned to The Tea! It’s been quite a while, but they’ve been in their new home for about a month now, and I was excited to put them on my schedule for my boba for the weekend! Speaking of, it’s a three day weekend, so I’m spending it in Sapporo. Boba content for the next few days!
The next thing I wanted to try on their menu was their brown sugar matcha. However, I noticed their menu now has Jasmine! I swear, before at their old location, they didn’t have it. Now, it’s on their menu, so I have to try it out…other drinks will have to wait.
This Jasmine is a lot better than I expected! The tea is good and strong, and you can definitely taste that it’s Jasmine tea. However, simultaneously, there is that familiar taste I get with all of their past drinks. Either it’s the creamer or milk they use, or something is up, but I didn’t mind as much because I could actually taste tea today. Maybe the other drinks got better?
They gave a ton of boba, which looks more yellow than the past white. The boba is very chewy today, almost a hard chewy, so I kind of had to work for it.
