Four Seasons Tea – Omomo Tea Shoppe

My sister was craving the freeze-dried strawberries from Trader Joe’s, so to get her out of the house and spend some time with her, we went on a Trader Joe’s run together. Trader Joe’s is right next to Omomo, and since we finished our shopping right when they opened (and the line wasn’t too long!) we went to get drinks and pick one up for my mom too.

If anyone reads the blog, they might know that I pretty much go to a milk tea when I get boba. However, this was basically going to be the first bit of calories I would consume today, I decided to go for a lighter drink. I really haven’t had much of a chance to try much of Omomo’s actual pure teas, so I decided to get one from that section of the menu. I figured a Four Seasons is one of the more unique-ish ones, and plus you can’t get it as a milk tea.

The drink is a pretty nice tea. It’s light, refreshing, and has a bit of an herbal-green tea taste to it. Boba is as good as usual, nice softness and chewiness and flavor. After thinking about it, sometimes the drink tastes like how their boba tastes. I mean, it’s probably the sugar mixing in, but I just found it interesting as Omomo’s boba has a particular taste to it.
