White Peach Oolong – Chakaa

Today’s graduation day 1! My parents came down to watch the first Commencement ceremony, and then we grabbed lunch together. My mom wants a drink obviously, and she also specifically requested Camellia. Unfortunately, by the time we got there, they had just ran out of boba and my mom really wanted a drink with boba. So thinking of other places on Convoy, I thought of Chakaa and my mom agreed.

I was feeling a little full after having some shaved ice at Mngo, so I decided on getting a non-milk tea as a lighter option. The white peach has looked appealing to me for a while, so I went with that as a slightly fruity drink.

The drink at first (with just tea) tastes like a very clean tea taste, with a slight peach flavor now and then. The foam on top is very airy, which is nice, but other than that, tastes like a standard salted cheese foam. I tried to mix it together, but the foam really only stayed on the top…boba is really good! Chewy and has a nice flavor, and my mom loved it too.
