One of my friends requested we go to her favorite wings place today. I actually haven’t been to Vivi, and it’s always been here since I’ve been in San Diego. Since the wings place was next door, I asked if my friends wanted to try it and they said sure. I guess one of them came before though.
I felt like getting a green tea drink today, and their fresh milk section happened to have a jasmine fresh milk option. I will say, their large drink prices look a little scary, so I did opt for a medium. Apparently they can only do less ice, which I was fine with, since today is on the hotter side.
The drink is ok. The ice makes it a nice and refreshing, cool drink. The tea flavor is kind of light, and tastes more of a general green tea from the tea taste. To no surprise, you can really taste milk in this drink. Overall as a milk tea, it’s fine. The boba’s not bad, has a good texture and a flavor to it.
