Today we left pretty early so I could get my fingerprints scanned for my upcoming job. Unfortunately, and I predicted it, my fingerprints couldn’t be read, so I’m going to have to get them traditionally inked manually…ugh. Nothing I can do about it but get it done. Anyway, my friends decided early on to get tacos at our go-to place. We actually didn’t decide on a boba place until we got our tacos. It was probably better to stay nearby, so my friend suggested Chakaa. I liked that idea, since I haven’t been in a while.
Actually, kind of not dependent on the place, but I was thinking a lot about getting a jasmine milk tea regardless since I feel like I haven’t had a jasmine in a while. The Japanese gyokuro sencha sounded interesting, but it wasn’t a milk tea.
The drink is so good! It’s really refreshing since it’s freshly cold, and the jasmine tea flavor is really strong and fragrant. I was actually pleasantly surprised at how good it was, ha! The milk tea also works really well too. Boba is great, very chewy and also sweet!
