Today as an end of the quarter treat, we went out to get hot pot, per my suggestion earlier in the week. Huzzah! I had a few boba spots in mind post hot pot because yes, that is my priority when I go out, but we ended up coming to 85 which is in the same plaza, because one of my friends wanted to try the sea salt coffee which was the deal for this month.
I was feeling so full after hot pot, but I still wanted to get a light drink, so I was thinking about getting a simple green tea, but when I was browsing the menu, the peach green tea sounded like a good choice. Plus, it isn’t so basic, and it’d be good to try it out.
Since I couldn’t get no ice, at least when I ordered on the machine, the drink did feel pretty cold when I was carrying it out, but upon first sip, it’s a really great refreshing drink. The peach isn’t too artificial, but it does kind of feel like it is from a syrup, though not in an entirely bad way. I really appreciate the light drink, and the fruity change. Boba is pretty good, very bouncy.
