Today one of my friends requested we go to a Mexican restaurant at UTC, and originally last weekend, my other friend wanted Happy Lemon, so I figured it’d work out great. Unfortunately, turns out the Happy Lemon here closed at 7, and we finished eating a little after that. One of my friends isn’t a fan of Wushiland’s boba, so she opted for 85. Also a great chance to buy some bread!
I chose green milk tea because I wanted a milk tea, and since it’s a little later I thought maybe it’s be better if my drink had less caffeine content, but I ended up getting a large anyway. Maybe I should have gotten a regular but whatever. I felt like getting a large so I’ll get one.
The deal this month was for coffee I think, so no good useful deal since I don’t drink coffee. Sad.
Anyway, the drink (at least with my adjustments) is pretty green tea taste forward. It tastes a lot like the green tea they use for their sea salt tea base (duh) but the flavor is pretty strong. Very tea strong. Boba is ok, on the softer than chewy side today, but not melts soft, at least in my drink.
