Sea Salt Jasmine Green Tea – 85 Degrees Bakery

Ok, so November’s limited 85 Degree Deal is a $2 Sea Salt Jasmine Green Tea, and that’s a pretty good deal. Plus, one of my friends is really into their Sea Salt Jasmine, so that’s great too, and I knew she’d love this month’s deal.

So not too much to write about drink choice today (again). The coupon is for a large Sea Salt Jasmine Green Tea.

I really should shake my drink before I drink it because I like the sea salt cream to be properly mixed in to the tea, but I also like to have a sip of the tea by itself first and a taste of the cream before I mix it.

Anyway, the jasmine tea is so clean tasting and aromatic and great. The cream by itself is ok (I don’t get drinks from 85 much, and much less sea cream drinks, though I remember from a previous sea cream drink from a different 85 it was better) and a decent sea salt cream. It’s not as salty as some other sea creams I’ve had, which could be both good and bad. Mixed together it’s overall a not that sweet drink, very jasmine tea forward, balanced by the slight saltiness of the cream. Boba is also pretty good, chewy, and actually has a little bit of sweet flavor on its own too.
