Today we went out to lunch with a few friends at a Chinese place, and then we stopped by for boba at Teazo, which was kind of next door. Apparently, according to my boyfriend, it’s a relatively new place.
The menu seemed pretty interesting, but I wanted to get something relatively unique to the menu. It seemed to also be a place that specializes in cheese foam, as they had an entire section dedicated to their Cheezo, which is what they call their cheese foam I think. I’m not too into it, like I think it’s ok, but I’d rather try some other drinks before that. Plus, boba and foam drinks are kind of incompatible in a sense. Anyway, the peach oolong milk tea sounded pretty good, and I’ve been meaning to try a peach tea at various places because I’ve seen it around. There was also a symbol next to it on the menu indicating that it was recommended for first visitors, so that helped my decision.
It was pretty good! Not overly sweet, and the peach flavor didn’t taste too artificial either. I actually quite liked it, and the fruity flavor combined with the milky flavor went well together. I have to say, I’m not sure I tasted too much tea or oolong, but other than that, I was pretty happy and satisfied with it, and I would get it again. Boba was pretty good too, texture and flavor both nice.
