This morning we woke up early to go hiking in Muir Woods. The hike itself was fine, but it was kind of long and pretty steep for my standards, which doesn’t exactly say much since I’m basically physically weak. Uphill was kind of painful, but downhill was pretty nice. After that, we got Taiwanese hot pot for lunch, and then we stopped by Purple Kow. I probably got around 6 hours of sleep last night, which isn’t bad, but I guess I could use the energy boost from the drink? 🙂
I didn’t exactly know what I wanted, but since I haven’t had much matcha lately, I decided to go for that on the menu. That’s basically it for today, ha.
It was a overall good matcha. I liked how it wasn’t too sweet, although I did get my usual half sugar. It wasn’t too bitter either, and not too powdery I think. Boba was also good today, still on the smaller side for boba, but not too small, and had a nice flavor and chew to it.
