Today was a chill day. We spent the early afternoon just watching videos and some more Initial D anime. We actually only left the house to get boba, ha!
After looking at the menu I was feeling a little lazy order wise so I just went with a Jasmine, which is a good default in my opinion. Ok, so when I was ordering I’m pretty sure I said my usual half sugar no ice, but when the cashier confirmed my order aloud I didn’t hear her say no ice, so as I was paying I told her again to confirm, and then she quickly wrote it on the cup. My boyfriend says I scammed them because they charge for no ice and I only told them after the fact that I wanted no ice…my win I guess?
It’s a pretty nice Jasmine milk tea. The Jasmine tea flavor does stand out, so I feel pretty good about getting it and it’s not just the green tea flavor. The drink itself is not too sweet, and too too creamy or heavy either. Boba is good, has a nice chew texture to it and a little flavor I think.
