Today we got pho for lunch, then played some board games at a board game cafe. Then we walked a bit and stopped by for some boba.
After a few days of milk drinks, I decided I should get a non milk drink for a lighter drink, and also maybe it’s less unhealthy in that way? I also heard it’s a syrup flavoring place, which explains the huge array of flavors they had on the sign, and the “pick up to 3 flavors” style they had going on. These kind of things are a little overwhelming for me, and usually I hope that they have a set menu to choose from. At first, I was just going to get mango and passion fruit, but then I saw that there was a frequent item on the menu that had peach too, so I just went with that.
Overall, it’s an ok light drink. I think I could taste the green tea among the other general fruity flavors mixed in there. I don’t think any flavor really stood out that much, but tasted more like a yellow fruity juice/tea drink. Not bad, and I guess on the lighter, refreshing side without any milk. I thought the boba was pretty good though. It’s on the softer side of chewiness for boba, which I actually like. Soft, but not mushy, and a little sweet.
