Today I went kind of sightseeing around some of the more popular tourist destinations in San Francisco. Afterwards, we got dinner in the area, and Purple Kow was nearby. Actually, Purple Kow is my boyfriend’s favorite boba place here. He says it’s because he has a certain drink he likes here that has a good combination of toppings in it.
After browsing the menu, I decided to go for a honey milk tea. After the cashier asked me if I wanted black or green, I decided I wanted green more for the flavor.
The drink itself had a nice honey green tea flavor that wasn’t too overpowering in any one direction. It was light, on both the tea flavor and consistency side, as they use fresh milk here. It didn’t taste too watered down either. Boba was good, on the slightly smaller side, chewy, and and just a little sweet.
