It’s really getting warmer, and I’ve been kind of craving a drink every now and then now. Not to say I wasn’t in the winter, but more so especially. So I guess we also missed the deadline to order Wushiland on Monday for pickup today, and my mom still wanted a drink today, so here we are with some 7 Leaves as a treat. Oh, and I’m working in the afternoo and got a little tired today, so yay caffeine 🙂
I feel like I haven’t had the Oolong from 7 Leaves in a while, so that’s what I went with today. Plus, I was also thinking that if we did get Wushiland I’d go for the Oolong since I had a green milk tea earlier in the week. Although the Oolongs are pretty different, I thought it was a kind of coincidence. May be priming, who knows.
The drink is very nice with a slightly toasty but sweet Oolong flavor. Very great milk tea, and still chilly even with no ice, making it a perfect treat for a warm afternoon. Boba is very chewy, not too flavorful on its own, but the sweetness of the drink covers for it so it’s not that noticeable.
